The MI-STR is a low profile analogue addressable loop
powered strobe designed for use with Morley-IAS
protocol fire alarm control panels. This product forms
part of a co-ordinated range of high quality, high
performance products featuring unique styling and high
efficiency.
The loop-powered strobes have a very low current
consumption (< 4.1mA when active). This low current
allows a greater number of strobes to be powered from
a single loop.
The MI-STR loop powered strobe is manufactured as an
analogue-addressable device with accompanying base.
With the advent of the Disability Discrimination Act, the
loop-powered strobe makes a useful addition to the
Morley-IAS range of devices in facilitating compliance
with certain aspects of the Act.
The loop-powered strobe has been designed to simplify
installation and includes terminals for both incoming
and outgoing cables and an earth termination for cable
screens.
Mounting hardware and installation instructions are
provided with each device.
