The R1260A is a brand new product of ATEÏS International. This typical Pro-sound speaker is fully horn-loaded and equipped with a high perfor- mance speaker system with two 10” bass-mid speakers and an exclusive 1.4” CD horn/driver combination (3.5” compression driver fitted on 1.4” horn). It is the first Pro-sound speaker that complies with common stan- dards for live-safety applications and therefore can be implemented in the design for Voice-Alarm systems. The uniqueness of this concept is that there is no direct need anymore for a dedicated Voice-Alarm system. The R1260A serves both applications, Pro-sound and V.A. and together with the Linked Audio Networking (LAP) devices, it complies to the EN 60849 standard. The R1260A is equipped with a powerful amplifier, has impres- sive performance for live-music and is fully compliant with the standards. It has internal surveillance, fault reporting and audio inputs with on-board pilot-tone surveillance.
